The average cost is $1000-2000 depending on the size of the home. This is compared to $7000-12000 to replace a roof at an unexpected time. We try to integrate a lot of value and detail into the work we do that extends the lifetime of your roof. Typically we find a lot of things wrong, from the initial installation of your shingles and accessories, to animal damage, storm damage, wear and tear, and more... that most homeowners have no idea exist and cause other long term issues. When water drips into the attic, it can cause mold that affects breathing quality, it also can rot wood below. We take very seriously roof maintance, and can almost certainly save you money through our roof maintenance program. We also now offer a $500 credit on a new roof, if you are in our 5 year program.

Typically, no deposit is required (unless requested). You pay at the end, when we're all done and complete to your satisfaction. We accept cash, etransfer, and cheques.

We stand by our work and cover you under our 5 year umbrella. This means 3 repairs are included. Since we are not the original installers, we also include a $500 credit when the shingles begin to fail. We have around a 95% success rate on existing leaks and most homeowners happily use their $500 credit when the time comes to replace their roof (which will occur eventually). No shingle lasts forever; we work very hard to make it last as long as possible. 

We are not your typical roof repair company. We take our time and systematically go over the whole roof to ensure you get the most lifespan out of your roof. In Ontario, it is recommended you maintain your roof every 5 years. This service includes maintenance on your exposed nails (a frequent occurance), old or broken vents, torn or exposed plumbing stacks, cracked exhaust vents, gaping chimney metal, worn out skylights, broken shingles, a unclogging and cleaning of your eavestrough (so the water can flow well again), and a complete and thorough plant-based spray that adds years to your shingles. Like anything in life, the more you maintain, the longer lifespan, and savings you incur.
